CRF450X/CRF250X Block Off Kit
This kit is designed to eliminate the vacuum pump (or smog pump) that is located behind the right side radiator. Unlike most kits, it is specifically created for each bike to completely block the air passage in the exhaust port. They are purposely not color anodized so as not to attract attention with a very stock look.

CRF450R/X CRF250R/X Valve Cover Breather Performance Kit
This kit replaces the plugged off drain tube and hose that comes from your head cover and vents to the air box. It keeps only clean air being used for the intake which helps performance. It also eliminates the need to constantly drain the overflow tube as excess oil is vented out.

Quick Change Wheel Spacers
It is designed to make wheel changes much faster. Rear wheel spacers are made with large chamfers so they won’t catch on the swing arm during wheel installation. Oversize seal lips lock them to the hub so they will not fall out. They are also designed to insure good handling traits, as the diameter and thickness of the spacers can change this. They are anodized red for durability and good looks.

CRF450X Stage 1 Performance Kit
This kit is for the CRF450X owner who wants to increase performance but keep the overall feel and quietness of the stock bike. A very small air box cut, and ignition wire change and jetting greatly increase performance. Keeping most of the air box intact, and the stock exhaust will make for a very quiet, comfortable ride. Kit comes complete with instructions, pictures and jets.

CRF450X Stage 2 Performance Kit
This kit starts with the Stage 1 kit, then moves on to a higher level of performance. In this kit we now completely (and correctly) cut open the air box, re-jet, modify the ignition wire, and give a recommendation for an aftermarket exhaust pipe. This gives great overall performance, while keeping a smooth tractable powerband. It comes with complete instructions, pictures and jets. We recommend a CRF450R style head pipe and 96 decibel silencer such as the Pro Circuit 496.

XR650R Left Footpeg Mod
Under hard use, the left footpeg can become loose and even break off. This mount reinforces the main mount to keep it from bending, and also has longer and stronger bolts. Tested and used by Team Honda Off Road. Mounting instructions included.

XR650R Choke Plate XR400/600 Choke Plate
The stock choke plates have a spring activated door attached. When motors run at higher rpms this tends to flutter and the spring can break. This can lead to the whole choke plate breaking and being sucked into the motor. Major damage! This choke plate eliminates the door and has two small holes instead. There is nothing to break. It is used in all of the Team Honda XR’s.

XR650R Carbon Fiber Forks Guards
Protect the lower fork tubes from damage due to roost or crashing. Helps prevent dents that can hurt performance and force replacing an expensive tube.

Necessary to keep the cables from being pinched when using a stabilizer with a forward mount arm.

KTM 01-06 Fork Cap Rebound Knob
Much easier to adjust than the stock plastic knob, and has an oversized o-ring to eliminate oil from leaking past the knob.

1.8 Radiator caps
Helps keep the coolant in the radiator where it belongs. Greatly decreases the fluid being blown out when the temperatures increase. Used on every Team Honda off road race bike for the last eight years.
